Shipping policy
Standard Shipping- Standard shipping for all items is currently 7 Business Days or less. You will receive your tracking email on or before the 7th business day.
UPS Shipping (BRIMS ONLY)- All Brims (Hats) purchased VIA UPS will ship within 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri).
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will ship within 7 business days or less (Monday- Friday). We do not currently offer expedited shipping on apparel however, if you have a special request please do not hesitate to email support@bwarebrand.com and we may be able to assist. We appreciate your patience in advance as we are a very small high-volume operation and will continue to improve upon processes as we move forward!
What mail carrier is used for shipping?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
Express shipping is available via UPS for Brims
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, we will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. You will receive an email with tracking updates once USPS scans your order. In some cases, your order may remain in a Pre-shipment status for multiple days or arrive without being updated. This is not uncommon for USPS so please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your refund and return policy?
All items are made to order so we do not currently offer size exchanges or refunds. Please be sure to order the correct size and do not hesitate to reach out with any questions prior to ordering. If we make a mistake on your order, we will fix it! Please let us know immediately after receiving your items as no refunds or exchanges will be processed after 7 days time. Please email support@bwarebrand.com and we will be in contact within 24 hours.
